My name is Paul Novotny and welcome to my website. It has been the honor of a lifetime to serve the people of area I grew up in at the capitol since February 2020.

With redistricting I look forward to earning your vote to represent the people of House District 30B, which encompasses Elk River, Nowthen, and parts of Oak Grove, and Otsego.
